This portfolio has no visitor accounts, comments or document uploads. Design demonstrations use fictional scenarios.
The contact form
The form requires your email and message. Your first name is optional. These details are used to understand your enquiry and respond to you. The form cannot send an enquiry without an email and message.
Processing is based on the legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries or, where the enquiry concerns a collaboration, on taking steps before entering into a contract. Your details are not used to subscribe you to a newsletter.
The message is sent to Gabriel Nion through OVH hosting and received in his Gmail inbox, provided by Google. The form application does not store message content in a Website database. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to follow up on the enquiry and meet obligations arising from any contractual relationship.
Form protection
Automatic verification and sending limits help reduce unwanted messages. They use verification codes, request timestamps and a technical fingerprint of the IP address. These records contain no message text, first name or email address. Expired records are deleted during subsequent requests to the form.
Email contact and external services
Links to my email address open your email application. If you email me directly, I receive your address and the information you choose to share so I can respond to your enquiry.
Gmail is also subject to Google’s privacy policy. Links to LinkedIn open an external service with its own privacy policy.
Browsing and animations
The Website is hosted by OVH. To display a page, your browser sends technical information to the server, including your IP address and the requested resource. Hosting logs are separate from the form’s protection records.
The “Reduce animations” button at the bottom of the portfolio remembers your choice in your browser. You can change it using the same button or clear it by deleting Website data in your browser settings.
This portfolio does not include advertising or audience analytics tools.
When you switch languages, a form draft is temporarily kept in the tab so your entries can be restored. It is removed after the switch or when the tab closes. This local transfer does not send your message.

For questions, or to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or, where applicable, to object to the processing of your data, email nion.gabriel@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL.
