Good design takes
a team.

AI helps me structure my thinking and explore ideas. I make design decisions with the team, guided by user needs.

AI in my design method.

Listen.

With AI, I summarise conversations. With the team, I clarify the need.

A question to understand
“Can I take a break without losing my application?”

The need: pick up where you left off.

Sketch.

With AI, I explore options. I sketch a journey to test.

One possible journey
  1. Save
  2. Resume

The person returns to their saved progress.

Refine.

With AI, I refine the wording. I check its clarity in the interface.

More helpful wording
Before
Your application has been recorded.
After
Your application is saved. You can come back here to continue.

Illustrative example: resuming an application. No client data.

Step 1 of 3: Listen.

Customer portal · 2020–2022 · UX Designer

A customer portal

My role
Research, workshops, user flows, prototypes and components.
Deliverables
Web interfaces, a dedicated mobile experience and design system documentation.
Collaboration
Business and engineering teams, from design to implementation.

01 · User flows

Understand the request and what happens next.

I worked on reimbursement journeys, from research to prototypes, alongside business teams. Workshops helped connect customer needs with the service’s constraints.

The designs bring together reimbursement tracking and useful information. The aim is to help people understand where things stand and what they can do next.

Design demonstration · fictional scenario

A clear status. A clear next step.

Try a message that explains what’s missing and how to move forward.

Reimbursement request · examplePending

Your request is being processed.

The design choice: explain what’s missing and show the next step.

02 · Mobile

Design for mobile use.

I helped design a dedicated mobile app. User flows and prototypes helped establish its priorities, with an interface suited to a smaller screen.

The goal is to make useful information easy to reach and guide people through tasks that involve several steps.

03 · Design system

Document component states.

I worked with developers on components, styles and documentation. Usage examples complete the design system.

Design system extract: button and field states, error and success messages, and a calendar.

These components cover hover and disabled states, errors and confirmations. Their documentation gives teams a shared reference for designing and building interfaces.

About the designs and example.

The designs show work created as a team. The interactive example was made for this portfolio to illustrate a design choice in a fictional scenario. It does not represent a measured client outcome.

Financing a purchase
without losing your place.

Adapt Cetelem’s journeys for Apple France and Orange, and support the financing application across desktop and mobile.

Cetelem designs for an Apple purchase: desktop and mobile order summaries, financing details and an exit confirmation.
Designs published in 2024, with original screens in French. Amounts and terms are historical and do not constitute a current offer.View larger designs (new tab)
My role
User flows, wireframes, prototypes and interfaces.
Context
Apple France and Orange, as part of my work at BNP Paribas Personal Finance.
Areas covered
Financing steps, identity verification, interface states and the handoff to mobile.

01 · User flows

Connect the purchase to the financing.

The financing journey begins partway through a purchase. I helped organise its steps and turn them into wireframes, prototypes and interfaces.

In the Apple designs, the order summary stays visible. Financing details can be expanded, and the option to return to the order is clearly labelled. These cues keep the purchase in view.

Decisions to explore with the team

What should stay visible, what can be expanded and how to leave the journey: the prototype gives the team a concrete way to discuss these decisions.

02 · Partners

Adapt the journey for each partner.

I worked on adaptations for Apple France and Orange. The interface needs to preserve the context of the purchase while making each financing step clear.

My contribution covered the sequence of steps, interface states and their adaptation for desktop and mobile, during my assignment at BNP Paribas Personal Finance.

03 · Cross-device journeys

Switch devices without losing your place.

I also worked on identity verification and the handoff to mobile. Prototypes helped define what people need when they resume: their order, the current step and a clear next action.

Design demonstration · fictional scenario

Pick up where you left off.

Try the handoff here, without changing devices.

On desktop · step 2 of 3Continue your application on mobile.

Your order is saved. Next step: verify your identity.

The design choice: keep the order and current step, with a clear next action.

About the designs and simulation.

The designs, published in 2024, show work created as a team. They do not constitute a current financing offer. The simulation was made for this portfolio and sends no application or personal data.
