Context
The purchase begins on a partner website. Financing adds its own information, steps and checks. The design work needed to keep the connection between these contexts clear.
My contribution
I helped organise the steps and translate them into journeys, mockups, prototypes and interface states on desktop and mobile. My scope included adaptations for Apple France and Orange.
What the interfaces show
The Apple France mockup keeps the order visible while financing information is presented. Detail remains accessible without overwhelming the step. Other screens show how financing information is arranged.
Mobile continuity
I also worked on identity verification and the move to mobile. The design question was which information a person would find again and how they would understand the next step.
The central design question
These mockups show how the journey connects a familiar purchase to a new financing step while keeping the information people need to orient themselves.
